How does it work
DOUJA can change the products ordered on the site within 7 working days of receiving the order from the customer. Exchanges are made only by post, after informing customer service at doujajewels@gmail.com
To be exchanged, the products must:
- be in its original condition (having not been worn daily, showing no damage or alterations due to improper use)
- be presented with the purchase invoice
- be devoid of any personalized inscription or engraving
DOUJA undertakes to refund the amount of your order, within fifteen days of receiving your return.
The refund terms depend on the payment method you chose when placing your order.
DOUJA cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure such as strikes, fires, natural disasters or other, non-exhaustive list.
